Kevin Brophy is a serial entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience as an Investor, Advisor and Board Member. He, and co-investors, have realized multiple successful exits in companies both owned and operated and also as a stand-alone investor.

As a former M&A, Operations and Corporate Venture Capital executive with Aqua America, Inc. (now Essential, NYSE: WTRG ), Owner/Operator of KBX Golden, LLC (exited), a Managing Principal at a small venture firm in Philadelphia and an individual investor in numerous privately held companies, Mr. Brophy has gained experience in selecting top tier investments and assisting them to successful outcomes.

A licensed and certified Water and Soil scientist and Investor and Board member of multiple successful companies including RedZone Robotics and Environmental Operating Solutions, Mr. Brophy earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University, a Masters of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Private Equity & Venture Capital from London Business School.

Marc Duey

Marc Duey, MSc, DBA, is a serial entrepreneur and venture investor, who has founded or funded nearly 30 pioneering companies. Mr. Duey founded and grew ProMetrics (now ConcertAI), an innovative patient-level data aggregator providing decision support and analytical insight to leading biopharma firms. 

Mr. Duey has been involved with or assisted more than 140 biotech firms in his career, seven of which were merged or acquired resulting in transaction values in excess of $80B.

He sits on the Board of Directors of Nasdaq-traded APREA Therapeutics and numerous private biotech companies. He is a Professor and Innovation Fellow at West Chester University in Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Pharmaceutical Product Development. He is the benefactor of the Duey Center for Biomedical Engineering and the Duey Center for Immersive Learning in the Science and Engineering College. 

Mr. Duey holds two Masters (MSc. and MBA) degrees and a Doctorate degree in Business.

Dr. Edi Kapetanovic

Edi Kapetanovic, MD, MBA is a Board-certified interventional radiologist and seasoned physician with expertise in  life science investment analysis, evaluation and decision making.

With four years of experience as a Resident Physician at Yale University and prior roles at Stanford Health Care and Perella Weinberg Partners, he has developed a unique blend of clinical and financial skills. 

Dr. Kapetanovic holds an MD from the Yale School of Medicine, an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from Cornell University.

Caleb McCartney

Caleb McCartney is an early-career Venture analyst with a military background bringing a disciplined, execution-focused approach to investment evaluation. He is an upcoming graduate in Business Management from West Chester University, where during his time as a student he led advisory boards of industry professionals and held leadership positions in student organizations.

He has three years of experience as the mentee of a successful oncology and biotechnology entrepreneur and now applies that experience to evaluating life science opportunities within the Fund through comprehensive financial modeling and collaboration with industry partners and peers.

With six years of military experience, including a year-long combat zone deployment as an infantryman in Lamu County, Kenya, McCartney has extensive experience in high-pressure
leadership and a commitment to rigorous professional standards.

Anthony Dueh

IT Analyst (Agentic, AI, App Builder)

Anthony was born in Ghana and schooled in Accra. He came to the U.S. after a period in the UK and Western Europe where he began his entreprenurial pursuits in business, real estate and software development. As a student at West Chester University, Anthony began to teach himself coding and created multiple AI-native entities including a B2B revenue enhancement platform and an e-commerce clothing brand.

Anthony co-leads internal tool product development and management with Kevin and is the brains behind activating the firm's internal proprietary HighEV agentic-AI sourcing and evaluation platform.
